- Collection of Personal Information: We collect personal information from students, including their Full Name, Date of Birth, and, in some cases, students’ NRIC to book Swimsafer 2.0 Tests, provide swim lessons, and maintain accurate records. We only collect necessary and relevant information to our swim school operations.
- Use of Personal Information: We use the collected personal information solely for the following purposes:
- Facilitating enrollment and registration processes.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during swim lessons.
- Communicating with students and their parents/guardians regarding lesson schedules, updates, and important information.

- Disclosure of Personal Information: We do not disclose students’ personal information to third parties unless required by law or with explicit consent from the student’s parents/guardians. We may share personal information with:

- Rights of Students and Parents/Guardians: Students and their parents/guardians have the right to: a. Access their personal information held by the swim school. b. Correct any inaccuracies or update their personal information. c. Withdraw consent for collecting, using, or disclosing personal information, except where necessary for legal or contractual obligations. d. Request the deletion or anonymization of personal information, subject to legal obligations or legitimate business interests.
